Preloved fashion includes clothes in a variety of conditions, from used clothing that has been well-loved by someone else, to items that have been rescued from a warehouse. In between are gifts that have been bought and never opened. In short, these are clothes that may have been worn before.

To ensure all our customers are happy we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (If applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@qu-co.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Quco, Litchurch Plaza, Litchurch Lane, Derby, DE24 8AA 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for items that arrived damaged, not as described or wrong size. For all other returns you will be responsable for paying the shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Along with our grading system we also detail the size for each item we sell. We list the size given by the manufacturer we include a "fits like" size if we think the item fits differently to the manufacturer sizing. We also include pictures showing the sizing in inches of each item.
